BOOST CAMP is a two-day event tailored for youth athletes ages 10-12 years old. Help your kid athlete ramp back up from summer and be one step ahead before fall training starts. Boost Camp is perfect for your basketball, soccer, volleyball or even tennis athlete! Led by professional coaches, each athlete will receive a custom holistic training plan, resources they can take home, and a swag pack they can use for practices and game days.
Through a holistic approach to an athlete's wellbeing, this camp focuses on building strength and endurance, balance and mobility, better mindset, and healthy habits, such as rest & recovery, and healthy eating. At the end of this camp, your athlete will learn to take ownership of their own fitness and level up their game!
