SpringSpot Inc. (“SpringSpot,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website and mobile application (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users (“Users”) of our website, mobile application, and services, including classes we offer (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
1. Information You Provide to Us.
Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up for an account, register to use our Services, sign up for notifications or updates, or participate in our surveys, we may collect information that you provide directly to us. This information may include your name, email address, password, phone number, home address, date of birth, gender, and names and ages of children. We may also ask you for information related to health conditions or medications that could affect your participation in our class offerings.
Class and Workout Information. We collect information about the classes that you attend. We may also collect information about your workout preferences, such as preferred exercises. If you provide this information directly to one of our instructors, we may associate this information with your account.

Fitness Assessment Information. When available, if you choose to have us conduct a fitness assessment, we collect information to assist in that fitness assessment such as your age, gender, height, weight, body mass index, body composition, strength, and flexibility.
Your Contacts. To create and register for our Services and participate in one of our classes, you may also need to provide us with the name and phone number of an individual to serve as an emergency contact. We may also ask you to provide your friends’ information so that we can, for example, invite them to try our classes.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact us for customer support, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you join our mailing list, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
Purchase and Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, we collect your purchase information and payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information and address. This information is collected by our third party payment processor on our behalf.

2. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, domain name, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.
Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, such as the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, the length of time you visit our Site and/or use our Services, the links you click, your IP address, the URL or website that led you to our website, and purchases you make.

Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
