What to Expect

When you join a SpringSpot session, your kids will be in one area enjoying a fun group enrichment class (e.g. music, yoga, gymnastics) while you exercise your body and mind in another area at the same location in a group fitness class.   

Kids classes are for children three (3) years and older who are potty trained. 

Adult Classes range from yoga and Zumba to bootcamps.  

We use session to describe the specified time for your fitness class and your kids class.  

Classes are currently held on Saturday and Sundays at various outdoor venues to connect families with nature.  We will be expanding our offerings in Fall 2019. 

Just follow these 3 simple steps to take your first SpringSpot session:

Step 1: Register


Before signing up for classes, register your family

Any additional adults you register will receive a separate email to submit registration information.  

Families only have 

to register once.

Step 2: Reserve


Reserve your spots for yourself and for your kids in classes with our amazing teachers.  Each family session has adult and kids classes at the same time.  

Step 3: Enjoy


Prior to your session, you'll receive an email 

with key information. 

We suggest arriving

 15 minutes early to class.


Once your kids are dropped off (usually 1-2 min walk from your class location), fully enjoy your workout knowing your kids are in good hands!
