Valerie
Yoga has been a part of Valerie's life since 2008. Valerie completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification and internship at Nandi Yoga and teaches at Corepower Yoga.
She was first drawn to power yoga for its movement and playful spirit, and then to the challenge and pace of rocket and ashtanga yoga styles which she likes to incorporate into her vinyasa flow classes.
Valerie approaches yoga as a way to move, stretch, relax, and have fun. She seeks to help others find inner peace and be more mindful. It is her hope that we can make the world a better and more peaceful place, one breath at a time.
