SpringSpot makes it possible for busy parents and kids to build healthy habits and strong family bonds.  SpringSpot offers activities that build off each other that kids can do at-home or on-the-go. They are designed with our 6 Pillars of Health which we call FRAMES.

What We're Looking For

​

We are currently developing our mobile client and are actively looking for an experienced and skilled engineer who can help develop our mobile app to launch. 

​

The ideal candidate has:

​

• 3+ years experience building consumer mobile applications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

• Passion or interest in health and wellbeing

• Excellent communication skills

• Highly collaborative

• Experience with Flutter and Dart or willingness to learn

• Experience managing mobile app submission and build distribution to internal team and testers

• Experience with any of the following: Mux, CMS, AWS, offline-first mobile applications

Responsibilities

​

The main responsibility for this role would be to do the client-side engineering and to make the mobile application delightful and truly help parents, caregivers and kids build healthy habits and strong family bonds.  

​

Some specific responsibilities would include: 

• Own building new features for the mobile application

• Working with designers to spec out features, suss out functionality, and translate into functionality in the mobile app

• Estimating efforts and sharing tradeoffs for various implementations

• Helping manage app distribution including submission to the mobile stores​

The US salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$100,000.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
