Yoga Power blends yoga and fitness together.  Students will move breath to movement as well as work towards a focus posture which may be an arm balance or inversion.  Includes a core workout as well as targeted strength and conditioning.  Set to upbeat music, you'll work your body and mind!  Practicing yoga regularly provides a wealth of health benefits: prevent back pain, improve your bone health, and improve your balance.  Each class is 55 minutes.
