Classes are Online via Zoom. Upon signing up, you will receive the Zoom link.
Ideal for kids ages 2.5 - 5 years old, though older kids can still join. Class will begin with some breathing exercises to help ground and prepare for the practice. Kids will flow through standing and floor poses while weaving in movement-based games like Musical Mats and Yogi Says to keep kids engaged. Class will end with a brief guided mediation to calm the body and mind before savasana. Each class is 45 minutes.
What you'll need:
- Yoga mat - each child should have their own yoga mat, or a towel on a soft surface
- Water bottle - have one close by that they can drink from
- Zoom-compatible device - iPad, laptop or mobile phone to watch live stream and camera if want to engage with instructor
- Zoom app on device - iPhone , Android, or Computer.
When signing up, remember to include your kid(s) names and ages in the note at checkout.
