Come enjoy a morning of non-heated yoga to center yourself and build strength and flexibility. You will breathe, move and be in the moment. You will move breath to movement and also practice mindfulness.
Practicing yoga regularly provides a wealth of health benefits: prevent back pain, improve your bone health, and improve your balance. Each week you will learn something new and build off of the previous week. After regular practice, students will have improved balance, flexibility and strength. You will also start working towards more complex yoga arm balances. Each class is 55 minutes.
