Yoga Flow 2 classes build off of the postures that students learn in Yoga Flow. This class is taught in a non- heated room. You’ll discover more advanced variations of the postures you learned in Yoga Flow, as well as a few new postures. Students will build off the foundations of breath, movement, and mindfulness. Practicing yoga regularly provides a wealth of health benefits: prevent back pain, improve your bone health, and improve your balance. Each class is 55 minutes.
