Come enjoy this yin yoga class that focuses on breath and stretching out your ligaments and fascia. As the name implies, this class is more restorative in nature, and less Vinyasa flow based. Referred to as “The Quiet Practice” by Paul Grilley, Yin Yoga addresses the often-overlooked deep layers of the body, heart, and mind.
Equipment needed: Just a yoga mat, water bottle and an open mind.
