Come try out High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)!  Work every muscle in your body, even muscles you didn't even know you had.  Get your heart rate up in the anaerobic zone and burn more calories!  Class is taught in intervals, with varying times of high intensity and then active recovery.  You will be sore the next day, but know you're doing something amazing for your health.  Each class is 45 minutes.


Research shows that HIIT can actually slow down the aging process at the cellular level by improving the function of the mitochondria in your cells so they get better at converting oxygen and nutrients into fuel for your muscles. Muscles stay stronger longer, meaning more moving around with your kids and your future grandkids :)
