Classes are Online via Zoom. Please sign up atleast 30 minutes before class starts. After signing up, you'll receive a Zoom link.
This 45 minute class gets the entire family moving and will help adults stretch their bodies and release tightness in your shoulders and back. The little ones will move, balance and stretch. Adults and Kids of all ages can join. No prior experience in yoga necessary, all levels are welcome. This low impact, very accessible class will jumpstart your morning together as a family! Class will end with a brief guided mediation to calm the body and mind before savasana.
The price is for the entire family. Please sign up atleast 6 minutes before class starts.
What you'll need:
- Yoga mat - each child should have their own yoga mat, or a towel on a soft surface
- Water bottle - have one close by that they can drink from
- Zoom-compatible device - iPad, laptop or mobile phone to watch live stream and camera if want to engage with instructor
- Zoom app on device - iPhone , Android, or Computer.
You can also take the HIIT Body (interval and strength training) on Sundays.
