Classes are Online via Zoom. Please sign up atleast 30 minutes before class starts. Upon signing up, you will receive the Zoom link.
Designed for yoga beginners, this class will provide some fundamentals of yoga while helping you use your breath to settle your thoughts and mind. A great break in the morning to get some fluid movement in. Class will start with some guided breathing, then some gentle slower yoga movements to get your body moving, and finish with meditation. Class is 60 minutes.
What you'll need:
- Yoga mat - each student should have their own yoga mat, or a towel on a soft surface. No weights.
- Water bottle - have one close by that they can drink from
- Zoom-compatible device - iPad, laptop or mobile phone to watch live stream and camera if want to engage with instructor
- Zoom app on device - iPhone , Android, or Computer.
