A combination of barre, pilates and yoga, this total body workout will help strengthen and lengthen your body.  You will work your core, thighs, hamstrings, glutes and upper body.  Barre consists of isometric holds with small movements, including your transverse abs, which are some of the most important muscles in your body.  Movements are dynamic and will benefit spinal stability and joint stability.  


You'll get cardio, strength and the  option to use props such as yoga blocks, Therabands and balls throughout class to deepen your practice.  Feel the burn and welcome the shake to leave better than when you came in.  Recommended for all levels.  Not a high-sweat class, so easy to go to work or on with your day right afterwards.
