About the event

Trainings are Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15pm PT and Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:15pm PT. 

4 Sessions

May 7 - May 16, 2024

Ages: 5th and 6th Grade

This high performance strength and conditioning training session is designed specifically for youth athletes. Led by professional coaches, Boost Camp for Youth Athletes will help your child improve their overall strength and conditioning, prevent injuries and improve performance.  Learn more about our Boost Camps or visit: https://www.springspot.co/boost-camp. 

Athletes that play basketball, soccer, flag football, baseball, softball, volleyball or tennis, will build strength and endurance, improve balance and mobility, and develop healthy habits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. In each session, kids will learn proper stretching and warm up routines, proper techniques for key strength and conditioning exercises.  By the end of the 8 class session, your athlete will learn to take ownership of their own fitness and level up their game!  (Note: Some classes may be held outdoors if weather permits.)  

Includes: Optional training recommendations available on the SpringSpot iPhone, iPad an Android app during camp.

  • Athletic shoes (can run in)
