ADULT CLASSES

Yoga Flow

Come enjoy a morning of non-heated yoga to center yourself and build strength and flexibility.  Bring your yoga mat and you will move, stretch, and have fun with a dynamic sequence and flow that links breath to movement. This class includes the building blocks for more advanced poses such as arm balances. We will end class with hip openers and twists with the goal of being fully in the present moment.  Yoga beginners are also welcome since all movements can be modified to suit your body.  Class is 55 minutes.

HIIT Bodyweight

Work every muscle in your body, even muscles you didn't even know you had!  Get your heart rate up in the anaerobic zone and burn more calories!  Class is taught in intervals, with varying times of high intensity and then active recovery.  You will be sore the next day, but know you're doing something amazing for your health.  Class is 55 minutes.

Salsa Dancing

In this 4-week course, adults will learn how to salsa dance.  We encourage couples to sign up and enjoy an enrichment activity together.  Show off your salsa dance moves at your next party, your kids' school function or just at home with the kids!  Salsa dancing is a great workout and helps improve your rhythm, coordination and balance.  Class is 55 minutes. 

KIDS CLASSES

Yoga Play

Ideal for kids ages 2.5 - 5 years old, though older kids can still join.  Class will begin with some breathing exercises to help ground and prepare for the practice. Diane will lead kids through a flow of standing and floor poses while weaving in movement-based games like Musical Mats and Yogi Says to keep kids engaged and in the moment. Class will end with a brief guided mediation to calm the body and mind before savasana.  Class is 60 minutes.

Gymnastics Play

Kids will enjoy the outdoors in this fun and active class for children ages 3 to 8 years old. Kids will experience gymnastics concepts through songs, games, rhythmic movement, and strength exercises.  Class lasts 60 minutes.

Taekwondo Fitness

Kids will enjoy an introductory Taekwondo class that will include kicks, punches, and dynamic movements. No prior experience necessary and all equipment will be provided. Kids will enjoy a fun-filled and character building class while also benefiting from being in the great outdoors. Truly a unique experience! Class is 60 minutes.

Fitness Fun

Inspired by a mix of tennis, basketball and soccer training, kids will run, jump, and move outdoors in this fun and active class for children ages 3 to 8 years old.  Kids will develop their agility, balance and coordination through drills using small balls, agility ladders, and sports cones.  Class lasts 60 minutes.
