Description
A full body strength endurance workout using hand weights and resistance bands. In this 45-minute strength endurance workout you will work your entire body: core, legs & arms. Challenge yourself by lifting as heavy weights as possible, keeping proper form, and staying in a repetition range of 10-20 reps in each set. Each working set lasts 45 seconds.
