This is a morning mobility routine focusing on the spine, hips, knees and ankles

It will teach you how to take your joints throughout it's full range of motion to help maintain and explore new ranges of motion within your body.

Daily movement of your joints through their full range of motion can:

1) Prevent stiffness
2) Improve mobility
3) Reduce risk of injury
4) Promote good circulation
