With a proper setup, your coach will see your entire body (feet to head) and can feedback on your form, pace, choice of weights, and range of motion, and offer you modifications or substitutions tailored to your needs (pregnancy, pain/sensitivity, etc), so you can work out safely and effectively and get the most out of your workout.
