BOOST CAMP is a high performance strength and conditioning training program designed specifically for youth athletes, ages 9-12 years old. Led by professional coaches, each athlete will improve their overall strength and conditioning, prevent injuries and improve performance.
Athletes that play sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball and tennis will build strength and endurance, improve balance and mobility, and develop healthy habits that will benefit them for life.
SpringSpot is a health and wellbeing company with comprehensive experience and expertise working with kids and families on wellbeing. Our holistic approach to health is called F.R.A.M.E.S. and is the foundation for all our activities and programs. By the end of a Boost Camp, your athlete will start to take ownership of their own fitness and level up their game!
